[deletions] I agree with Allen's assessments. In addition you should keep your group together and lay down a barrier of stinking clouds around you as much as possible. This should be down after you fireball the main group as you mentioned. Another thing you might be neglecting to do is to HEAL before the last battle. How do you do that? After the 2nd battle, answer *yes* to the message which asks if you want to continue the battle, then you can simply heal your characters with either potions or with magic (touch only remember!), *then* answer no to the "continue battle?" question. Don't take too long!--those stupid trolls don't stay down forever! This whole battle sequence is tough. I think I finally did it after 3-4 tries and even then I had one or two dead characters to go resurrect. Good luck! S.
