Someone on the net theororized that the delay of the Mac LC was due
to the possible use of the 68025 instead of the 68020. Natta!

The delay of the Mac LC until January is due to the delay in getting
the FCC approval for the machine since they redid the video very
late in the game (from 4 bit to 8 bit color at 512x384).
