IMHO, that sort of posting is even more inappropriate than the stupid flame wars we are arguing about. Second, I like the "x vs y" discussions. If everyone is relatively well behaved and the arguments are intelligent, I find them interesting and useful to the net. Obviously, this is not always the case, but I don't see a lot of perfection around the net anyway. Articles concerning emulation, relative value of different systems, and the like are IMHO, appropriate. Each person is entitled to his opinion on whose computer is better, but I think a touch of discretion in the expression of those opinions would go a long way towards keeping the more "hot-headed" readers from blowing their top. As someone else has said, if you don't like it... use your kill file. Eric W.
