MacDraw is just the standard PICT format, used by DrawPicture, etc.,
with some PicComments added for grouping.  Figuring out how (whether)
to group from a PostScript file might be tricky, but there would
certainly be no problem converting in general, provided you know
how to interpret PostScript.  Just draw the stuff & record it in
a picture.
