Sys 6.0.7 doens't play some 'snd ' correctly without copying it with Sound
Mover into a new file. There are apparently other methods to.  I'd like
to make a small utility to clean up 'snd 's but don't know what is required.
What exactly needs to be done 'snd 's to work with 6.0.7?
