The PostScript Palatino font is copyrighted and commercial. Just about the only reason anyone would want this anyway would be for something like ATM or Freedom of Press, since it is built in to most (all?) LaserWriters and many other PostScript printers. And, as other people have pointed out, this is not only available at a local dealer, but Adobe has allowed sumex-aim to make the font available for (free) FTPing there.
