IMHO, it all sounds fairly useless - if the system folder is in ROM, you wouldn't be able to add INIT's, fonts, DA's, etc. etc. etc. Would anybody really tolerate this for more than five minutes? Or is there a way around it that I am overlooking? How about a ROM disk with hooks to the hard disk, so you can add all those extras that we all need and keep the main System on ROM? Ian R.
