Up until a few months ago, Michigan had refused to support NeXT. It was sad because we have some of the best facilities in the world. Apollo's all over the Engineering campus and massive Macintosh labs all over campus, as well as DEC's, Sun's, and others. They felt they had the NeXT niche covered by other equipment and didn't even want to sell the computers to the students which really pissed me off!
