Heloo Everyone,

I got the parts from Steve yesterday, picked the soldering iron this
morning, and not 10 hours later (8 pm EST) the leds lighted up, the red
and green rs232-tester flickered, and two minutes later (I had nothing 
connected, having expected the worse...) the welcome message from the
rom monitor confirmed that I had liftoff. Next the disk will be attempted
and then MINIX.

No real problems, on first firing it did not come up, so I re-seated
everything (I got red thumbs now) and second time everything was singing.

George and Dave must have done something right, and not a single part was
missing from Steven's kit - it was worth the wait. Thanks you all.

Now, where is that monitor doco? the PI program? seems like that was years
ago....
