Since most of our applications require floating point operations they run very slowly on this machine. So we login to our server and run our applications on the server. Since our server has only 8MB main memory, we cannot run more than two/three of our applications at a time. And when we have two/three applications running on the server, it crawls. Now we have two options: 1) Install a fpu on the 4/110 OR 2) Increase the main memory on the server (4/260). So I am looking for some suggestions on both of these (price/performance/ vendors) and any other suggestions to improve the speed and usability of 4/110. Thanks in advance Patel Maqbool Drexel University, ECE Philadelphia PA 19104 patel@CVLSUN1.ece.drexel.edu
