The problem is the following: o I define a YP netgroup: everything (,,) o I export a directory with access restricted to this netgroup o I try to nfs-mount this directory on another machine, with all hosts.equiv files on all machines having an entry +@everything and I get the message: Access denied...(etc) Same with rlogin and rsh, password is always required for all users, even when local .rhosts files are present. Ypmatch recognises the netgroup on all machines and everything beside this is running fine. What am I doing wrong, why is the system so paranoid ?
