I have a 3/280 server running DNI.  Ever so often we get a handful (20)
dnifal processes Hung with various errors.  Below are some examples.  Any
ideas what might be causing these.

f_flushmsg- write failed, errno = 74
f_bname - cant f_sendmsg(Dn_Name=0xefffad8), raw_length=9
f_s3pnames - cant f_bname(fname)

f_dir_func - f_driver returned FAIL

f_proc_init_action:cant f_getmsg()=LINK_IOERR

f_bdata - cant 51=f_sendmsg(st=0x270a8,cnt=44,flsh=2)
f_rdata_action - bdata failed, cannot send data msg
f_wcread_func - f_driver returned FAIL
