I was planning on attending SuperComputing '90, but can not do so
because the total conference (air,hotel,registration) eats up my NSF
Research Initiation Grant travel funds for the entire year.

However, I have already sent in my non-refundable, although
transferable registration.

Current registration is $300; mine was $250, and I will take care of
the paperwork of transferring it.

Thus, if
