Since this is quite a large ftp site, one might not want to look at the
ls-lR.Z file. I did, and these directories might be useful for anyone who
wants to ftp `dvimswin' and `dview31':

/usenet/comp.binaries.ibm.pc/volume7/dvimswin
/mirrors/msdos/tex
