I need to do dyadic notation, which for tensors means an arrow over
the symbol just like an ordinary \vec arrow, but pointing both ways.
\overleftrightarrow is what I want but it doesn't seem to exist and I
don't know how to fake it.  Surely someone has already worked this one 
out.
