I am looking for Palatino .tfm fonts in a wide variety of sizes.  Does
anybody know where I can find these?  I will be grateful for email since
I don't often read this group.
  

Also:  I will need versions of these fonts for the Arbortxt previewer
and the hp laserjet.  Am I correct in thinking that programs like
tftopl.exe (which I have, but have never used) will create these from
the .tfm fonts, so that I don't have to look for these separately?
