When compiling some dvi files I get the message -MakeTeXPK not found, loading default tfm fonts I guess MakeTeXPK is some sort of information generator for PK font family. How does one install MakeTeXPK? Where does one get it? 2. I would like to have the facility to print all even pages into one file and then the odd pages, so I can print on both sides of the paper. Is there such a program floating around? Will Rokicki's version 5.xx do the job. I am currently using ver 4.21.
