focs-90.people in vm1.nodak.edu.  It can be obtained either through
mail or FTP.  For the former, send mail to listserv@vm1.nodak.edu
(or listserv@ndsuvm1.bitnet) whose body consists of the one line:
get focs-90 people
To FTP: ftp to vm1.nodak.edu, userid anonymous, any password,
cd LISTARCH, and get focs-90.people.  There is also a latex version of
the file under the name focs-90.latex, VSM]
