Does anyone have a good filter to drive the Apple Laserwriter? We need one that
will send postscript files down to the laserwriter and produce a log showing
the number of pages for each job. It should also be able to forward printer
errors to the appropriate user in a network environment. The printcap entry
would also be handy.
