I have to apologize to all of you who gave me your addresses,
for I haven't sent you a copy of the report yet. In any event,
it is going out this week.

As I mentioned to many of you, I cannot e-mail the report because
I used two incompatible systems to produce some charts and tables.
If you are still interested, and have not yet sent me your request,
send e-mail to:
