Message-ID: <6-$^~R&@rpi.edu> Date: 7 Nov 90 19:18:24 GMT Organization: ECS, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, NY Lines: 11 Hi -- Now that I, as a new user of an RS6000, have discovered the joys of instupdt, installp, and updatep, I find that there are a few optional products installed that I really don't need. Is there a clean way to remove them? I know I could use lslpp to generate a list of files I need to remove, etc., but this would not update the database of installed products; is there a way to do this? -- R.
