Hi there.  I know that this may not be the right place to start 
looking, but I would guess that this is read widely...

My question:  Where is Paul Placeway or any other author of the 
tcsh?  I saw once, long ago, a current address for upgrade patches, 
but I cannot get in touch with anyone about bugs or sources.  HELP!
