Subject: mail to work over ethernet

We have a machine that is connected to the outside world via uucp (phone lines)
and another unix machine via tcp/ip over ethernet.  I am running ISC 2.2 on 
the first machine.  What must I do to get mail forwarded to the second machine
over the ethernet?  Currently I run a serial line (in addition to the ethernet)
to the gateway and get mail through uucp.  Any help/pointers would be welcome.
