Someone posted the FTP location for a patched nfs_subr.o to allow the
'AMD' auto mounter to work, fixing a slight bug in Ultrix.

The site was, I think, at wisconsin. I've lost the specific name.
Does someone have this? If so, please mail me - I picked up the Ultrix
3.1 binaries, but not the 4.0 binaries.
