Organization: Marquette University - Milwaukee, Wisconsin Lines: 13 Approved: usenet@marque.mu.edu I have a SCO Xenix 2.3.2 system on a '286. I also have a Jameco 4 floppy controller, with a 3.5 1.44 meg floppy as drive #2 (from 0-3) I've tried to mknod for the device, and used major 2, minor 62. I get the drive to fire up, but the system doesn't work with the drive. So...... has anyone else got this type of thing to work? Marc Rassbach marcr@marque.mu.edu If you take my advice, that ....marque!msoe3b2!milestn!marc is your problem, not mine! If it was said on UseNet, it must be true. Unix - It's a nice place to live, but you don't want to visit there.
