	I just installed the ATI 256 color driver (640x480 due to monitor and
memory limtations) and I am not bothered by the slow down.  However, I feel
Windows runs unacceptably slow anyway, on my (otherwise zippy) 16mhz 386sx. 
Only in 256 color mode does Windows begin to interest me.  :-)
