How does one use non-MSC compilers (such as Turbo C [++], Zortech C++, etc.) with the Windows Development Kit? Is there a set of utilities I must buy/order/ whatever? I want to use my Turbo C 2.0 'til I can get TC++, then use that for my windows programming. Until I find out I can use one of them, I can't justify spending the money on the SDK....
