Compiling with BSD pseudoterminals works fine. I do not believe this is related to any line discipline code which is independent of device used by xterm. Is it possible that "ldterm" or "ptem" strip this bit? I am not using the "consmem" STREAMS module seen in the main.c file. tom -- Tom Friedel JDyx Enterprises (404) 320-7624 tpf@jdyx.UUCP Unix BBS: (404) 325-1719 <= 2400 ; (404) 321-5020 >= 2400 "Live simply, so that others may simply live."
