    ANSI cpps don't work with imake

Works as far as I know.  Certainly, there were problems in various R4
rule files (specifically string concatenation and use of apostrophe),
but those aren't fundamental problems with imake, and they have been
corrected here.  If there's some other problem I don't know about, I'd
be glad to hear about it.
