Lawrence,
	Digital has a product, DECview3D, which will read in an HPGL file, and
write out a DDIF snapshot.  It also produces PostScript(tm), SIXEL, and other
output formats.  The current version runs on VMS, and conversion must be done
interactively.  The next point release, currently under development,
converts in batch, and a subsequnet release will run on Ultrix.
