Stu, with an acoustic coupled TDD (like my Minicom el cheapo model) you can use VoiceBridge if you have a second voice phone and an RJ-11 "Y" connector to let you plug both into the jack at the same time. You probably could use it with a single voice phone if one was agile enough to snatch the receiver out of the cups to talk and stick it back in to "listen". But I haven't tried that yet.
