Hi Scott,
  One source you might try is The Easter Seal Society.  They have an 
agreement with IBM to sell equipment to disabled folks at a discount. 
Call Bill Salyer at 312-667-8400 in Chicago and he can give you the 
details.  I just called him last Friday and he was very helpful.  He can 
send you pricing info on the offered products.  Otherwise you have to 
know what you basically want.  Try before you buy doesn't seem to be an 
option.  I hope this helps.
