Hello Newsland,

We are running b-news2.11.17 and I have problems when running into the
following situation:
- expire is running
- someone posts an artikle via nntp
- the article is move to /usr/spool/news/.rnews
- expire finishes, starts rnews -U
- then, and only then, inews removes the existing header from the article
  (although fed with '-h' and running suid news) and inserts a news header
  showing 'From: news@arbi.informatik.uni-oldenburg.de'

Question:
Why does inews touch the header? Is there something obviously misconfigured?
Note: when posting at a time when expire is not running, inews leaves the
header as it is. (BTW, expire is started by user 'news')
