I plan to go birding on Sunday (11/11), and Monday morning before flying east again. Can Yellow-footed Gulls be found around Salton Sea in early November? And, are there any sightings lately? And, where would be the best place to look for the recently-split Gnatcatcher (California?), as close to Irvine/Anaheim as possible? And finally, is there a rare bird tape that covers Salton Sea? Thanks! David Mark dmark@acsu.buffalo.edu
