Hi, I live in Melbourne, Fla. and there is a Japanese restaurant
that we visit called Makoto's.  They serve a dressing on their salad
that I am trying to find a recipe for.  Its very thin and I can't
quite describe the taste.  I cannot figure out whats in it.  Any help
would greatly be appreciated!
