(the place is called The String Bean, near Central and Spring Valley -- plug,plug) The recipes makes average pies (topped with optional whipped topping) or one pie of the large, heaping variety. 8 oz. extra-crunchy peanut butter 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 8 oz. confectioner's sugar 1 sm (8oz.) container whipped topping Chocolate graham cracker crust(s) Soften the cream cheese and the peanut butter (30-60 sec in microwave, medium power works great) and cream together thoroughly. Next add sugar, THEN add whipped topping, mixing each thoroughly into cheese/peanut butter mixture. Smooth into pie shell(s) and refrigerate. Single Pie variety: Drizzle with chocolate or caramel syrup before refrigerating Double Pie variation: Top each pie with more whipped topping and add chocolate shavings ENJOY!!!!!
