I've got a dinner to prepare for, and I'd like to prepare a turkey 
stuffed with rice.  I thought that one of my cookbooks would have
a recipe for this, but cannot find anything.  Should I just prepare
an herbed rice recipe and pop it into the bird, or is there more
to it than that?

Thanks in advance for your time and trouble, but please don't respond
after 9 November 1990 -- or it will be too late for my purposes.  On
the other hand, Thanksgiving is coming, so perhaps a spate of favorite
stuffing recipes might be in order...
