I'm sure you could substitute cooked shredded chicken or turkey for the tuna with delicious results. Tuna Tetrazzini Blend over low: 1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. flour Garlic salt Add: 2 c. milk 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cheddar cheese soup 1 small can undrained mushrooms (4 oz. I think) 1 lg. can drained tuna 1 c. sour cream Heat through, don't boil. Mix w/ 1 medium pkg. cooked spaghetti (approx. 6 servings). Pour in buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with parmesan. Bake 30 min. at 350 deg. F. This is fast, cheap, easy, makes a lot... I hope you like it! Connie
