The cd-promo is an extremely rare disc that was released at the same
time as TWS in the US. It contains four tracks if my memory isn`t 
completely wrong, Cloudbusting, Sat in Your Lap, The man With The Child
In His Eyes and ???? (can`t remember the fourth, sorry.)
In Europe you have to pay something in the region of 100$ for it. If you
manage to find it, of course!
