A while ago I saw several articles on hooking up the IBM speaker output to
external amplifier/stereo.  I forgot if they were in this group or in one of
the comp.sys.ibm groups.  If I remember correctly, it's just a small-value
capacitor in series with the output connector.  If you have saved those
articles, I would appreciate it very much if you can email me a copy.
