Berkeley Lines: 26 Approved: christian@aramis.rutgers.edu I am currently looking for the text of the NIV and NAS bibles for my PC. I cannot afford to purchase an online bible. I should soon have permission from the copyright holders of one or both of the above to own a copy for my personal use. This will take care of the legalities of obtaining the text. However, there still remains the problem of FINDING such. Basically, my plea is this: Would anyone out there be able to get me a copy of the text for either NIV or NAS? (Many comercial online bibles contain this text, so I know some of you have it. I am particularly interested in NAS, although they seem less likely to grant me a copyright release.) I have a PC with 1.2M and 360K floppies. I will gladly mail you floppies and pay shipping, as well as document my legal right to obtain the copy. Please respond through Email. You'd need someone who had gotten the text in some other way. I believe there may be a couple of folks who have a copy of the NIV in a form that might be appropriate. I encourage them to contact you directly. --clh]
