I am hoping that someone can help me find:

	a) Any journals which deal with biological and/or genetic applications
           of computer science.

	b) Any software (for any computing environment) that does sequence
           comparisons (DNA or proteins).

	c) Any software that searches a database of molecules with the intent
           of matching those with similar structure.
