Apologies are due....
Yesterday, I stated that the NN weight diagram macros were available
for FTP from yallara.cs.rmit.edu.au
Well, as some of you have already let me know - I was wrong. There seems to
be a reorgranization of Australian Email addresses at the moment. Yallara
is still using the older format, which is

yallara.cs.rmit.oz.au

The macros are in /pub/tex/netpic.shar.Z

to extract:

1/  uncompress netpic.shar.Z
2/  sh netpic.shar
