Thanks for Elvis & Elvis docs.  Both are great!  But Elvis docs was
great only up to page 23 of elvisdoc.doc.  After that it (at least
elvisdoc.doc & elvisdoc.mm) was corrupt.  Actually, pkunzip warned of
this, but I was still able to unzip elvis.1, elvis.man, readme, & the
1st 22 pp. of elvisdoc.doc without trouble.  elvisdoc.doc is the best vi
documentation I've seen, so I really wish I had the rest.  How about
submitting it properly to c.b.i.p.?  That should greatly improve our
chances of getting a good posting.
