A few weeks ago I posted a request for a CAD drawing package that
could output postscript files.... since I'm on a Research Assistant's
salary, price was important.
Well I received a large number of very helpful suggestions, the best
being to check out the student version of Autosketch.  For $40.00 or
so it does the job nicely.  
Anyone looking at using LaTex and wishing to incorporate drawings
into your documentation should look at Autosketch.  No hassles and
relatively cheap.
