I did that, and still found it rather a pain, never having used the LIBRARY command before. I was able to list the file using (I think) the /LIST option, and noticed that the archive contains a file called EXTRACT... I then just extracted EXTRACT* (note that none of the file names seem to have extensions as far as LIBRARY is concerned), and got a COM file that when run extracted the rest of the files in the correct format.
