Hello!

A while ago, somebody asked a question about DBMS evaluation and wanted to
know how to go about it. He eventually posted a summary under the heading
"DBMS use and evaluation" too. I thought I saved the article but it seems that
it has disappeared . Has anybody out there kept it? If yes, could you send
me a copy? If not, can you remember that person's e-mail address? Or anything
that could help!
