	Does anyone have general knowledge about the telephone switching systems businesses use internaly?  I don't know hardly anything about them and have some questions about writting software for them (which systems are most popular, what are the software standards, how powerful are the programming languages).  If anyone has knowledge about this, could you please respond by email.  Thanks.
