i am new to this newsgroup so if this topic has been discussed......

we are migrating from INGRES 5 to INGRES 6 and many of our shell scripts use
the INGRES5 commands, "helpr" and "printr", and they have been removed for 
INGRES6(argggh!!!)

has anyone written substitute C pgm that run with the new INGRES6 system
catalogs???  QUEL or SQL, it doesn't matter.
