I'm looking for a record manager to be included in a project my group
is currently working on.  It must support the following:
	
	- Multiple concurrent access.
	- Variable length records.
	- Searches on variable length keys.
	- Must be FAST.
	- A zero or very low binary royalty fee for project inclusion.
	- Transaction Processing (2 phase commit) would be a plus.
 
Work will be done in a C/UNIX environment.  I have been looking into
Faircom's c-tree and would appreciate any other suggestions.
